The three factors are very important to consider about women empowerment. Illiterate, lack of confidence and lack of mobility. Overcoming these factors can unblock the road towards empowerment.
Women can gain personal growth in decision making, analysing critical situations, coping with all circumstances and facing challenges. If they take care of following dimensions;

Women have to understand their current position by analysing the causes and conditions at micro and macro level. Further they have to take steps against the cultural and social norms to rebuild themselves.

They are getting the real picture of the world happenings and knowledge about different cultures and societies.
Economic dimension
They must gain some kind of financial autonomy through having some productive resources.
This may not alter the norms but to some extent change the acceptance about one’s personality.

This aspect prove that woman have the capacity to analyse, organise and mobilise the social change. Human welfare is possible and expanded through this entity.
Physical dimension
This aspect ensure that women must have control over their body, sexuality and ability to protect themselves against sexual violence. All these above dimensions equip women empowerment.

They can get mental stimulation and broad their thinking through the use of this technology.
They are able to connect with many people online. It is helpful for them to use this technology very productively. Well there are many challenges also but benefits are more than that.
They discuss, share and reflect on the issues they are facing.
All this increase their social awareness.
They have a voice for their rights by using different platforms available online. Networking is possible with like minded people.
Whole picture is now changing for women as their self esteem and confidence boost up by engaging in activities online. They get motivated, gain enthusiasm and inspiring stories from like minded personalities.
They are able to develop their power through skill training, learn new concepts formally or informally. In this way they increase their income, connect with larger industry and have access to job market.
Barriers to Overcome Hurdles in the Way of Women Empowerment through ICT
Illiteracy rate should be improved. They must have some basic education and command on English to understand, comprehend the information available.
Basic computer education is also necessary for women to get. Along with class, ethnicity and age factors also hinders their progress. Mobile or computer is a must to do element for them to achieve their goals and learn the innovative use of this technology.

Women are called mother earth and is a strong pillar of the family and life. They strengthen family psychology and help to improve finances also. Rural areas have slow pace of life. Women are involved in domestic and farm work with their male counterparts. They are going through many sufferings and difficulties alone. Despite of all these women are able to utilize, manage and market the agriculture products in a better way. It is needed for them to learn farming techniques, financial literacy and marketing strategies to improve their skills and knowledge regarding agriculture. They have strong network in villages which can be used to their benefit.

The strong family culture and lack of financial literacy as compared to men counterparts.
Lack of training, knowledge gap and over burdened with domestic and farm responsibilities is hindering their progress. Decision making power often rest with men which also reduce the role of women.

Community empowerment is a best strategy for female villagers to participate as a community on the whole. They need protection from natural disasters, business risks and market systems that are not much in favor of them. There is a need to increase the access of information and resources to empower them. Training and mentoring further fuelled the process.
The adoption of appropriate and environmentally friendly technologies, value-added post-harvest processing, and the development of diversification products, also increase the value of agricultural products and the income of women farmers. The involvement of youth in agricultural activities and partnerships with various parties open up opportunities for collaboration and strengthen empowerment programs in the long term.
They need food security and rural development in their areas. An inclusive approach is needed to empower women and deal with gender element and social stigma. Promotion of mental health is another aspect to support them because they are facing heavy burdens already.
